Job description

Role overview:

The principal aim is to fulfill organizational resourcing demands, by developing strategies to attract, effectively screen and assess candidates, and match to opportunities in the company.

The Recruitment Manager partners with Business Heads and HR colleagues to clarify requirements, profile jobs and pipeline high quality candidates so that resourcing risks are minimized and the company remains an attractive employer in its markets.

Core deliverable:

To deliver a professional, credible and proactive recruitment services that meets Brillio hiring goals.

Manage a seamless recruitment process from candidate attraction through to on boarding.

Support the business by ensuring a smooth recruitment process from end to end with the delivery of the time to hire and continually coach and develop all Managers in the recruitment process to develop their capability.

Identify and utilize the most appropriate recruitment methods to sourcing candidates in creative and cost effective ways- Social networking and Employee referrals.

Build recruitment channels and initiate/maintain Brillio branding activities through campus recruitment, employee referral programs etc.

Review candidate pools of key position and manage relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment opportunities to ensure talent is in pipeline.

Train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company

Assisting in the day-to-day activities screen, arrange interviews, select candidates and give feedback & advice to the line Manager on the suitability of the candidates.

Professionally manage the entire Recruitment Life-cycle with the team.

Contribute and support the strategic direction of the business.

Desired Skills and Experience Required:

8 to 10 years of experience in recruitment planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Proven experience of finding creative solutions to complex recruitment challenges.

Experience of recruiting up to senior management level and negotiating with hiring agencies/head-hunters.

A history of delivery and exceeding targets with a professional and ethical approach with a strong desire to succeed.

Thorough knowledge of recruitment related employment law and diversity should have an exposure to any of the recruitment tool.

Skills:

Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening, and group facilitation.

Demonstrable experience of recruitment with a solid background in a recruiting role, knowledge and understanding of online and social media recruitment strategies.

Ability to market company efficiently to target recruitment audience.

Excellent planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and analytic skills.

Skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software applications.
