Roles & Responsibilities:

1. The candidate is responsible for planning and implementing the recruitment strategy across 2 SBU’s of the entire Network. This includes-

- Manpower planning and budgeting with the business leaders.

- Exploring the market’s best practices and inculcating these practises in the system.

2. Creating and managing an impactful "candidate engagement" process and program to enable create a brand for the company.

3. Engagement of the new candidates through the entire process and ensuring it is a smooth transition for them to the new organisation. Building quality relationships with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.

4. Creating an “On Board experience” for candidates joining the company.

5. Responsible for building the brand image of the organisation. This involves initiatives through various platforms viz. Social media, arranging meets etc.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

1. At least 4-7 years of professional experience in headhunting or sourcing Middle, Senior, Top Management & Leadership profiles

2. Strong on Recruitment systems and processes.

3. Ability to strategize, negotiate and influence the business leaders.

4. This role would involve interacting with senior level candidates and display extreme maturity in handling senior stakeholders.

5. Ability to flex with changed business priorities and think strategically.
