Description:  - Responsible for sourcing and strategic manpower planning.  - Managing sourcing processes and Internal Job Postings (IJP).  - Come up with innovative ways to source more candidates, manages the sourcing pipeline to ensure adequate availability of quality incoming talent.  - Create a "virtual bench" of ready candidates who can be hired based on business needs.  - Represent Company at recruitment drives and campus placement drives, organizes and manages recruitment drives.  - Builds long term relationships with law schools at various levels; engages with law schools to attract graduating students  - Handles multi-source candidates (consultant, employee referral, Campus)  - Works with the Finance department to prepare and manage to the Sourcing budget.  - Co-coordinating with Operations for interviews.  - Follow-up on selected candidates as to whether offered candidates have joined, if not then confirming reason for non-joiners.  - Supports Operations and stake holders to understand hiring needs.  - Create and propagate a sourcing brand for the company to attract the best talent.  - Assist in managing sourcing systems.  - Planning and managing pre-joining and joining procedures  - Preparation of high quality MIS to support detailed analysis and appropriate decision- making and present it to senior management.  - Assisting MU with innovative ideas and training and coordinating training process.  - Good team player and eager to take added responsibilities.  - Information Security Policy & Procedures of Company are to be strictly adhered to during the course of employment.  If you are interested, please send your updated resume to us on Email ID: - manish@intellectualcapital.co.in  We will screen your profile in detail and revert you all possible job position matching to your cv.  Either me or my team member will call you to discuss the JD suitable and share with you a detailed presentation about the company.
