Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA  THE ROLE REQUIRES TO WORK IN A UK SHIFT  Senior Corporate Recruiter  This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through the fulfillment of the right resources.   - Responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying candidates (internal hiring) ensuring on-time delivery of resources per business demand.   - Understand the requirement from internal stakeholders Delivery Heads & Account Manages and pipeline best talent from talent pool (networking, job boards, Linkedin, postings etc.)   - Develop an inherent understanding of the workforce planning for the given year and translate those into actionable plans.   - Driving the internal referral process so as to facilitate the speedy & quality turnaround of hiring deliverables   - Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.   - Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.   - Complete or coordinate necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background / drug tests.   - Establish hiring protocols and SLAs for the function, business and stakeholders for both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)   - Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.   - Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.   - Work with selected candidate at offer stage to finalize corporate benefits, salary, perks etc   - Design and execute the campus talent acquisition strategy including all campus employer branding events such as contests, case studies analysis etc..   - Represent at various external events such as seminars and symposiums.   - Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.   - Lead other Talent Acquisition initiatives in strategy and execution such as internships, diversity and inclusion etc.   - Strategize social platforms for branding Judge India as employer of choice and create a pipeline of excellent resources.   - Most importantly, must be people oriented and develop cordial relationships with candidates / talent available in the job market.   - Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.  Desired Candidate Profile:   - Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in doing the corporate recruitment for IT Solutions & Staffing Company.   - Go getter, self-motivated and influencer. Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.   - Prior and Proven experience in hiring fresher's from the Campuses and field events.   - Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the US Talent Acquisition process.  - Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills. Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms and conditions.
