Attract and Recruit the right people to meet business requirements; monitor and oversee timely resource pipeline with the objective of fulfilling resource requirements across the organization in a cost efficient & timely manner.
Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates through Job Portals, references, social & professional networking etc. and explore various sourcing methods and expand network to hire potential candidates in a highly- competitive market and industry
- Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles and scheduling candidates for interviews
- Coordination and regular follow ups with candidates and ensuring candidate delight at every step
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements, building consensus and bringing closures
- Salary negotiation with the candidates and follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled
- Achieve closures in a stipulated time frame
Build pipeline for key positions :
- Working with top/senior management on proactively building a pipeline for key positions in the organization
- Evaluating and identifying niche talent in the industry and attracting them towards the organization
- Building industry data on rare skills and introducing them in the organization
Build Innovation in Talent Acquisition function :
- Devising effective ways of hiring other than traditional methods
- Using social media effectively for employer branding and attracting talent
- Keeping abreast with the market and industry information and highlighting trends
Requirements:
- MBA - HR preferably from Tier 1 Schools
- 3+ Years of experience into Hand-On Talent Acquisition roles
- Someone willing to get his/her hands dirty
- Should have exposure to Best Practice processes & systems
KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) :
- Ensuring timely closures of the assigned positions
- Use of diverse sourcing methodologies
