Position Title: AVP- Talent Acquisition

Brief Job description:

- To anchor pan-India recruitment of suitable talent.

- Design & implement innovative & scalable sourcing strategy in place to meet the recruitment targets.

- Ensuring the effective completion of recruitment process cycle.

- Taking care of the HR Operations related activities .

- Have MIS in place to track requirement-availability gap for positions and locations and take required action to address the gap.

Qualification Required:

- Qualification desired full time MBA with specialization in HR from any institute of repute ( Tier1 and Tier 2 B-Schools will be preferred)

- 9-12 years of Experience in which 3 years of generalist HR experience required.

- Preferred candidates from IT/Telecom or ITES industry

- Handled volume frontline recruitment in multi location setup.

- Headed a team of recruiters.

Compensation: 30-35 lakhs(maximum)
