Job Description: Manager – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 7 – 10 years
Preferred Industry: IT / ITES / BFSI
- Dealing with recruitment firms and vendors for sourcing initiatives.
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing for the senior management positions.
- Preparation of Job Descriptions and placing ads on portals.
- Matching candidates to the requirement, direct sourcing, targeted cold calling, niche and industry sourcing.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
- Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview.
- Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients.
