We are looking for a HR Recruiter for a leading group based out in Dubai. Our client is a leading Multi- billion dollar group in Dubai.

Candidate will be responsible for the recruitment of middle & senior level positions..

- Responsible for the entire Recruitment cycle which includes details as below:

- Work closely with Line Managers to specify competencies for the various roles that need to be hired based on the requirement of the business.

- Identify, attract and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements

- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers

- Represent the organization during the entire Recruitment process and ensure coordination of interviews by all concerned.

- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical & proactive means to source candidates for open roles

- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies, vendors and staffing firms to fulfill mandates.

- Maintain thorough Reports to keep track of all candidates and work related to any research done for the role.

- Adhere to internal processes with the required level of accuracy.

Exp - 1 - 4 years.

Location - Dubai.

Preference - Only Male candidates from India.
