Salary offered: 5 - 8 LPA  We are a startup working to help aspirants make better career decisions by giving skill and personality assessments, then helping them get placed through our client network.  The Talent Acquisition profile is set up to help our client recruit better by sourcing and testing aspirants and then passing them on for interviews.  Sourcing :  - Getting relevant aspirants from different portals, communicating with them to see if they will be a good fit  - Communicating about various job profiles and establishing a fit based on client requirements  - Campus Hiring  Screening :  - Taking aspirant queries about our assessments, help them get familiar with the tests and helping them plan their test  - Speaking to them after the test is done, taking their feedback and passing on the test to our L&D Expert for assessment  Client Servicing :  - Getting relevant aspirants to appear for a personal interview with employers  - Provide regular updates, offer closure and billing/invoice management for the employer as well as reviewing their feedback and replacement (if required)
