Talent Acquisition Expert - Retail/IT (6-10 yrs)
We are looking forward to Hire a Leader who would be keen to work at Client Place in Bangalore. Aspirant should be willing to join us within a week of time (This is very important).
Scope of Work would involve :
Stake holder management : Excellent communication skills, expertise in working with Hiring Managers and HR/TA Team and influence them on Talent acquisition,
Sourcing : Excellent resume sourcing skills for Mid to Senior roles on Technology side
Softskills : General smartness, problem solving skills, proactive thinking is MUST. Should be willing to take ownership and drive tasks independently.
- Atleast 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in recruiting top talent in Technology environment.
- Strong Reporting/MIS skills - well versed in submitting weekly/monthly reports to all stake holders. Expert in presenting data and interpret the same.
