Qualification: MBA - Premier B School
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition Activities.
- Responsible for End to End recruitment - Like screening, shortlisting, interview, offer Letter etc.
- Employ multiple channels of talent acquisition to provide manpower within agreed TAT and budget.
- Review performance of existing talent partners, explore new partnership opportunities
- Formulate job descriptions for all levels in consultation with line managers and HoDs
- Provide MIS support to HOD as and when required.
