We have opening at our TATA Nano Plant (Small Car Unit) at Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Position: Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Skills Required:

- Devising the Talent Acquisition strategy for the entire plant

- Understanding Manpower requirements from various functions

- Sourcing the right candidates through various sourcing channels

- Lead a team of recruiters

- Monitor the end to end recruitment process: Ensure Process Adherence

- Monitor and Manage Recruitment Cycle Time, Cost, etc

- Making Salary fitments and offers

- End to end recruitment cycle for all

- MIS

- Execution of the following processes:

- Campus Recruitment

- Lateral Recruitment

- Internal Recruitment

- On Job Training, Induction and Engagement of Graduate Engineer Trainees, - Diploma Engineer Trainees

- Statutory Compliances related to Talent Acquisition

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR) with 3 to 6 years of experience.

- Hands on Experience in Talent Acquisition

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Process Capabilities

- Influential Skills
