We have requirement in a leading MNC in Gurgaon. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in end to end recruitment.

Skills required

- Understanding market attributes

- Developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth

- Managing personal assignments, technical/functional content, and practitioner resources for experienced hire recruiting activities

- Recruit new staff for specific functions, service areas based on approved plans and staffing projections develop strategy, and implement work plans to meet the needs of various practice areas

- Source candidates through various mechanisms

Location: Gurgaon

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR) with 7 to 9 years of experience.

- Person who is currently handling end-to-end Talent acquisition or Recruitment role.
