Staffing (6-10 years)
We have job openings in a leading MNC in Hyderabad. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in staffing or Talent Acquisition Role.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management
- Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to meet standard measurements of success for Staffing such as: attainment against annual hiring plans, diversity goals and cost/time to hire standards
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
- Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies
- Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships
- Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and provide coaching on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations
- Full time MBA (HR) with 6 to 10 years of experience.
- Excellent exposures in Talent acquisition in MNCs is must
