Talent Acquisition ( 5 to 8 years)
We have an opening in a leading MNC in Mumbai. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in end-to-end Talent Acquisition role.
- Define and set the strategy for meeting recruiting demand for a small/medium, complex part of the organization. Assist in the creation of and provide input to the Recruiting Plan
- Act as a main point of contact with external vendors/agencies; participate in contract negotiations and management
- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
- Supervise a small to medium team of recruiters and delegate work appropriately
- Facilitate cross-team flow of information on tools and processes
Experience/ skills: Full time MBA (HR) with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skill is must.
- Flexibility to travel extensively.
- Stability in profile is needed
