- We are looking at individuals who would have exposure in servicing manpower needs or have worked in Manufacturing (Metals, Power, Automobiles, Heavy Engineering), Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Durables or Telecom industries.
- Must have handled middle and senior management mandates across functions.
- Excellent Communication and Inter Personal Skills.
Responsibilities are indicative and would mostly entail:
- Executive Search.
- Business Development - Continuously scouting for new Business opportunities through Networking, leads, etc.
- Client Relationship and Account Management.
- Research and understanding the client’s Business Revenue Model in various Industry Sectors.
- Maintaining a quick TAT and ensuring closures of maximum mandates received.
Post Graduate in any Discipline but preferably MBAs and/or Engineers and/or CAs /ICWAs.
28 to 32 preferred
