We have been retained by one of the Premier Banking Global In-House Captive to identify professional Manager role for Talent Accelerator

About this Job :

Project Management :

- Work with Program owner to support in the design and delivery of the accelerator programme

- Create the Project plan for the programme

- Draft communications to be sent to the participants

- Work with the Leaders office for participation in the programme

- Liaise with the participants to keep track of the commitments

- Track and monitor the progress of the programme

- Ensure that the programme is live in SABA Cloud and all records maintained

- Identify risks and mitigate in consultation with the program owner

- Respond to queries raised by participants

Reporting :

- Track and maintain the reporting of metrics for the accelerators

- Ensure standards of reporting are adhered to

- Deliver reporting on success factors

- Ensure delivery and turnaround of accurate metrics

Logistics & Administration :

- Liaise with vendors / internal departments on venue arrangements

- Work with Vodafone team to set up VC

- Monitor and track all event attendances

Budget Administration :

- Forecast, manage and track budget for the product

- Coordinate with Finance team for timely payment of invoices

- Liaise with vendors and vendor management to keep track of contracts

Collaboration :

- Work with the other talent products to integrate with them for a seamless customer experience

- Collaborate with the LSSC/EMD teams to draw linkages

Process Improvement :

- Collate feedback from stakeholders and internal team members to improve the current process

- Automation of manual activities where possible

- Increase in efficiency which is measurable

Stakeholder management - Deliver a high degree of relationship management with the following

- MIS team

- LSSC/EMD

- Finance & Vendor management teams

- Other talent product teams
