Talbros - Operations Manager/Head - Civil

Required BE-Civil (Full Time) with minimum 10yrs of exp in civil projects like industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructural etc. Can manage multiple projects in PAN India basis.

Comply with the policies, guidelines and strategies laid down by the management to achieve the objects of the company.

- Ensure overall effective functioning of the company in compliance with the systems and procedures established.

- Identify business opportunity and establish clientele.

- Follow up on tenders submitted and keep the President informed.

- Monitor the project execution and submit the management information report.

- Identify resources requirements of the company based on work load and issue division-wise report.

- Implementation of quality systems procedures applicable to stores, purchase, civil, road, workshop, mechanical department.

- Approve and award sub-contracts in compliance with dedicated power and authorize payments for invoices of sub-contracts.

- Review progress of projects and interface with the client where required.
