- Monitor and implement the various process improvement initiatives for a client in the Banking BPO space  - Prepare and manage strategic plans and work closely with various parties within the organization  - Network with other experts to exchange learning and good practices  - Be an integral part of the research and analytics in understanding the issue in hand.   - Implement strong management practices and structure work plans and to develop hypotheses and analysis to test them  - To track and drive improvement initiatives across the portfolio to deliver changes in performance of Business Processes/Operations   - Should have zeal in working in a dynamic BPO environment and keenness in acquiring working knowledge of the operations and processes on site.  - Redesign processes to suit the improvement plan   - Communicate and contact the stakeholders of the project and deliver the desired output in conformance with the client expectation.  - Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability  - Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation.   Desired Profile :   - Degree in Engineering and have a Masters degree from a top institution with a strong academic background   - 2 - 7 years experience post MBA  - Highly motivated, dynamic and proactive person with sound planning and organization skills  - Excellence communication and presentation skills  - Well versed with various Process Improvement frameworks, i.e Lean Six Sigma, BPMS.  - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Statistical Skills/Data affinity, Change Management skills, System thinking  - Should have hands on experience in usage of Quality methodologies and techniques   - Should possess good analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills.
