Job Title: Asst Manager/Dy Manager/Manager/Territory Manager  Job Role: Territory Manager  Reporting to: State Head  Job location: Pune & Nasik  No. of Position: Pune (1no.) Nasik (1no.)  Job Purpose:  To achieve and enable achievement of Sales targets through planning & execution of various sales strategies in the assigned territory.  Principle Accountabilities:  1.	Achievement of Revenue Budget - Planning & Execution of Various Sales Strategies in ground market.  2.	Increase in subscriber base - Width and Deactivation Levels - Gathering of information of market shares of various networks.  3.	Channel Placements - Monitoring of TAM (Television Audience Measurement) markets.  4.	Brand Building efforts - Co-ordination with marketing for promotional activities  5.	Effective Distributor /Dealer Management - Monitoring of distributor's activities.  6.	Debt Management /Credit Control - Follow up for payments on the basis of debt analysis in various customer accounts.  7.	 Anti-Piracy - Identify areas where Piracy is going on and take necessary action and try converting them into Active Customers.  8.	Competition Monitoring - Keep a track of the Competition/ Activities - Highlight any new initiative/Activity by the Competition.  Qualifications : Any Graduate, preferably an MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/Sales.  Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience, preferably from TV Channel distribution industry. Excellent communications skills. However candidates from Telecom, Consumer Electronics industries may also apply. Experience in Channel distribution management /Dealer/Channel Sales is mandatory for this role. Personal Characteristic: Team Player, Leadership, Extrovert, Good Interpersonal Skills.  Pls note that the position doesn't have any direct/indirect reportees.
