Credit Control & Risk Management:  - Check & Ensure all active customers as per SMS IDs are invoiced and invoice raised is as per agreement.  - Follow-up post reconciliation for outstanding confirmation/ Clearance  - Minimise ageing debtors through dunning process  - To target all independent non-TAM analogue networks. Preparation of monthly dunning file and follow up for reverts and action on OSD, 4.1 notice, PN and Deactivations.  - Issue DN/ CN as per requirement and verify auto DN/CN to ensure correctness of billing and outstanding.  Revenue Management:  - Conduct smooth conclusion of Statutory / Internal & Revenue Audits.  - Monthly activity to ensure that revenue booked in system is correct and as per agreement.  - Issue resolution pertaining to customer invoicing raised.  - Variation Analysis and Revenue reconciliation on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Basis.  - Forecast provision and doubtful debts basis aging report and debt analysis.  - Coordinate with Legal for recovery of ageing  MIS and Process improvement:  - Provide Presentations and Data Analysis as per requirement.  - Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Business Management Review Reports related to CMG/Executive Committee outstanding and agreements.  - Confirmation for Billing / Outstanding for Affiliates handled by respective DBs  - Implementation of processes communicated by corporate office across zonal sales team and DB staff.  - Adherence to processes and guidelines communicated by corporate office across zonal sales team and DB staff.   Company:  Taj Television (India) Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL), one of India's leading television media and entertainment companies.
