Tailorman's founders come up with impeccable startup pedigree: one of them founded Bluestone.com, India's largest online jewellery retailer, and the other runs the world's largest formalwear export business with customers like Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren. Our top executives all come from IIT-IIM backgrounds, with experience in senior roles at Amazon and Jabong.

Our goal is to become India's largest premium clothing brand. We are well funded to meet this goal. With 7 retail stores and a free travelling stylist-cum-tailor service, in Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata, and a unique online 3D shopping experience, we are working to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience for customers across the country.

Responsibilities :

- Marketing Activities : Region-wise Marketing Promotions, Product Launch activity planning and execution, internal and external communication. ATL, BTL as well as online/digital marketing.

- Branding Activities : Responsible for Events Participation, Marketing Announcement Mailers, Professional Organization Memberships, Marketing Collaterals and Corporate/HNI Gifts.

- Internal & External Communications : Good presentation and communication skills to convey proper messaging across external and cross function teams with internal operations and brand teams to ensure seamless customer and brand experience.

- Analysis & Feedback : Conducting Partners and End Customers Survey, Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends and checking the effectiveness and ROI of Marketing Campaigns

Skillsets :

- Great communication skills

- Enjoys working with data & possess good analytical skills

- Strong at project management

- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with significant offline marketing experience

Salary Range: 7-12 LPA
