Tagbin - Business Head (8-15 yrs)
Job Purpose
Determine the long-term strategic objectives of the business in conjunction with the other members. Ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. Plan, direct and manage business development activities. Ensure the effective achievement of the business development functional objectives, through the leadership of the division, by setting clear objectives in order to maximize individual, divisional and departmental performance.
Position will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, converting this in to new business and managing existing client accounts to realize their full potential. It is a very hands on job; requiring you to always ensure customer delight at the heart of each discussion. You will lead the entire Go-to-Market and end-to-end sales process. This role will require you to directly report to the CEO & COO and will involve working closely with the Product R&D and Service Design teams.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Strategy formulation &implementation
Contribute to the development and refinement of Tagbin's vision and strategy.
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability.
Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the teams.
Management of the overall business development function including
Strategy & Planning
Client acquisition
Team Management
Marketing
Competitor Analysis
Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
Business Execution, World class delivery & Client delight
Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers& suppliers

Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of Consultative sales, business development or account management experience
2. Knowledge & Network within two or more of following industries in:
Retail
Consumer Durables
FMCG, Liquor & Beverages
Automobiles
Event & Entertainment
Start up experience or willing to work in a startup is a plus.
