JD :  - The main role of the Expert Research Analyst is to engage in discussions (primarily telephonic interviews and one to one meetings at networking events) with CXO's of shortlisted Indian companies and get an understanding of their expansion plans in various international markets.   - The shortlist of companies has to be based on comprehensive and in-depth research of selected sectors and high growth companies within these sectors who have a business interest to invest/expand in international markets.   - The primary aim of this research and discussions is to uncover FDI opportunities for our clients i.e. Economic Development Organization of selected countries, states or regions.  - An FDI opportunity is defined as an India-based company, not already located in our client's geography and interested in setting up a legal entity, creating jobs and investing capital within a 12-24 months period.   Responsibilities :  - Interact with industry experts/ consultants via various modes of communication like telephonic interviews, participating in seminars/ networking events, meetings and surveys to gather relevant and niche data  - Present our client's geography as a potential business location for the Indian company's expansion plans  - Analyse and formulate the reports from the data/information gathered from telephonic interviews  - Participate in managing trade and investment delegation including setting up of meetings with CXO level executives of qualified Indian companies  - Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations  - Prepare and deliver presentations on research findings to clients  - Interact with overseas clients and provide regular updates through the project.  Skills :  - Past experience in conducting in-depth telephonic interviews/discussions with CXO level executives is mandatory   - Experience with an Expert network firm/Similar role in KPO is mandatory  - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills  - Exposure to industry analysis, data mining and ability to research multiple databases  - Ability to handle client communication independently and to the highest quality levels  - Compiling, analysing and interpreting information from both internal and external sources  - High degree of competence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  - Experience in Marketing and Communications will be an added advantage  Company background :  T&A is a boutique trade and investment consulting firm based out of New Delhi in India and have a track record of working with various inward investment attraction and economic development agencies to attract potential Indian corporates who may have overseas investment plans.   Some of our international engagements include :  - Strategic Advisor to "Switzerland Trade & Investment Promotion"   - India representative of "Six Swiss Exchange" to attract Indian listings   - India representative of "South Carolina Department of Commerce"   - Trade advisors to "Invest Northern Ireland"   - Outward Indian FDI consultants for "Invest in Finland", Finpro Oy   - Approved list of advisory Service Providers by US Commercial Service, Canadian High Commission-, Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) and - MATRADE- (Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation)  Additional information about T&A is available on www.insideindiatrade.com  Salary Range: 750000 - 800000
