REPORTING INTO: Managing Director
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage processes and systems for the company. Creating new processes and ensuring implementation of the same
- Heading CRM department - Setting up of processes for customer interaction, ensuring sales team follow the guidelines outlined for sales, handling customer related escalations
- Heading overall organization level operations - Setting up framework for overall working of the organization, monitoring organization overheads, procurement etc.
- Work directly with the CEO to manage all operational issues and new deals
- Assisting MD with various analytics, MIS and management reporting
- Coordinating with finance on various financial issues related to customers
Requirements
- Recruit will be heading a team of around 10 employees, hence leadership abilities are required. Team player with ability to work across departments.
- Very strong in MIS and Technology with exposure to SAP/ERP or similar systems
- Understanding of finance and accounting issues
- Organizational background, ideally having worked in a developer or consultant.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM
- Sectoral experience is mandatory
