Job Description  Arezzo Sky is an expert in Sales Performance Management (SPM) providing sales operations, application development, cloud deployment, and business development outsourcing services to a global customer base. With a focus on SPM, Arezzo Sky is able to deliver critical skills and technology to its diverse clients, on demand.  The Director of Lead Generation is responsible for growing Arezzo Sky's influence within the SPM market. Leading Arezzo Sky's SPM Consultants, the Director of Lead Generation is responsible for uncovering influencers within the assigned markets and growing awareness of Arezzo Sky and its partners. As a part of the Arezzo Sky marketing team, the Director of Lead Generation will leverage his or her expertise to hire, mentor, coach, and develop a team of consultants.  Responsibilities  Lead and manage team of SPM Consultants who are responsible for raising awareness to the value of SPM  Manage and influence Arezzo Sky prospecting activities including territory management and account planning  Collaborate with partner marketing and sales organizations to monitor and improve lead generation programs  Manage the accuracy of data regarding contacts, and opportunities, and log activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system  Monitor progress on early engagements, drive movement and nurture accounts into the sales funnel  Find creative ways to lead and grow team objectives  Prerequisites  10+ years of experience in an international business development or marketing leadership role, selling high-value (- $1 million) professional services or software in the areas of sales, sales operations, or sales enablement  5+ years of experience leading teams responsible for selling or marketing in an international or global market  5+ years within one of the following industries: Insurance, Financial Services, Telecom and Media, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Software and High-Tech, Business Services, Retail and Distribution, and Manufacturing  Strong consultative and strategic selling skills with the ability to strategize, plan, and manage every detail of a sales process- from nurturing relationships to negotiating contracts  Experience and willingness to build a funnel of opportunities in a hands-on and direct way  Exceptional written and oral communication skills  Advanced knowledge of technologies such as Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com and/or other relationship management tools  Solid experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  MBA from a top tier college or university; BS or BA required
