Role And Responsibilities:  - Front line manager responsible for overseeing the Direct Account Manager team  - Responsible for managing all aspects of the team, including; activity oversight, territory forecasts, account reviews, quarterly business reviews, etc.   - Assist team members in closing new business and interacting with prospects and customers  - Carry quota responsibility for the entire team under management  - Work directly with VP Sales, Direct Account Director and VP Marketing to improve outbound communication or lead generation activities to ensure success.  - Responsible for creating and maintain territory alignment  - Work with VP of Sales and Direct Account Director to evaluate the success of the team on a quarterly basis and modify where necessary  - Focus on hiring and talent evaluation is critical for this position  Qualifications And Education Requirements:  - 10+ years of experience in managing sales professionals selling to Enterprise class organization in a B2B environment  - Experience in selling a SaaS solution to large organization is required  - Experience selling solutions for the Sales Performance Management (SPM), sales compensation management, and/or sales operations management space is preferred.  - A natural drive and desire to close deals and develop lasting business relationships  - Exceptional written and oral communication skills  - Solid experience using the leading customer relationship management (CRM) systems of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools  - A leadership style that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration
