Job Title / Designation KPO Presales Lead   Reporting To : Manager Operations/Sr. Delivery Manager  Line Of Business : Health Care (Payer sub vertical)   Process : HCLS KPO  Span of Control : 4-5 Presales members   Location: Pune  Roles and Responsibilities :  Key Result Areas :  - Lead and assist in the preparation of service offering collaterals and Proposals   - Build customer solutions by interfacing with technology, delivery and business development teams   - Leverage existing presales knowledge repository and maintain new knowledge assets   - Provide On-Call Support for Sales as needed   - Should be able to work with IT and the operations team to come up with ideas/solution to improve the process   - Should be able to train and coach the team members   - Proven ability in understanding customer requirements and crafting targeted solutions that address these requirements   - Team player with good written and verbal communication skills   Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc) :  - A BE/B. Tech degree with at least 8-11 years of experience in IT industry. Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.   - Minimum 4 years of experience in architecting and building solutions across diverse technologies and enterprise systems  Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral) :  - Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation Skills  - Exposure to communicating with clients  Required Attributes (Vision, Strength, Personality Trait, Certain Aptitude) :  Required Experience (of what type, for what duration, what industry/background) :  - Total 8-10 years of IT/Operations experience,   - 4-5 Yrs of experience in Healthcare industry and keen interest to learn the domain further  - Minimum 4 years of experience in architecting and building solutions across diverse technologies and enterprise systems  - Good knowledge of powerpoint and excel  Additional and Special Requirements :  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Ready to travel to onsite for short duration   - Prior knowledge of presales is preferred
