Pre Sales & Solution Designing
- Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and create customized solutions to be proposed to the clients.
- Identify process gaps and client requirements and collaborate with front-end sales team to formulate solutions.
- Work closely with customer & offshore teams (process transition, program management, Support teams and delivery) in India and develop implementation strategies.
- Responding to RFI/RFP(s) and ensuring its execution through coordination with various business units.
- Drafting the RFI/RFP responses from a service delivery, financial and technical perspective
- Undertaking relevant market research for proposal building
Collateral Creation and Management
- Create presentations, flyers, case studies etc, which reflect the value and uniqueness in Syntel KPO service offerings
- Manage existing collaterals through version control and manage a central repository of all collaterals
- Regularly create case studies and update the collaterals with recent information
Others
- Update the Sales pipeline database with relevant information on the opportunities being pursued
- Organizing client visits which also include preparing marketing collaterals, visit agenda, client profiling, coordinating with all support and delivery units.
- Undertake account mapping and mining activities
Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral)
1. Good understanding of the BPO/KPO business (Retail, Commercial & Corporate Banking)
2. Excellent knowledge of retirement services
3. Overall work experience of 5 years
4. Minimum work experience of 4 years in BPO/KPO operations with at least 2 years in retirement services
5. Should have actively participated in solution designing activities / responded to RFIs/RFPs
6. Very Good Communication Skills
7. Good Presentation Skills
8. Good Documentation Skill / experience
