Role Description:  - Minimum Relevant experience of 12-15 years with in BnFS/HCLS/Insurance/Manf./Retail in Business Operations/Delivery  - Must have managed very large account for atleast 5 years from offshore  - High Tech-savviness and hands on experience of managing business analytics through usage of relevant tools and technologies   - Excellent presentation, communication & sales orientation as the role will require high amount of air time with very senior leadership internally and externally   Following will be scope of work:  - Identify ways and means to improve gross margins through delivery efficiencies, offshore leverage, reducing capital and operations expenditure in close collaboration with Engagement Managers & Delivery Managers  - Work with business heads to improve Service Delivery & achieve Service Excellence  - Own, define scope of operations and execute high impact projects through the PMO under the Business Leader  - Improving customer satisfaction by maximizing value to client  - Providing both soft & hard business benefits through implementation of Lean projects  - Encourage innovation and Lean initiatives.  An engineering degree accompanied by Masters in Management from a Premiere institute is mandatory for the role
