Date of Interview : 24th & 25th September 2016 (Saturday & Sunday) Location : Pune - Hyatt Regency, Weikfield IT Park, 411014 Timings : 10.am to 6pm  Title : Sr. Analyst, Collections Remediation Analytics  Job Description Summary :  - As an Analyst, Collections Remediation Analytics you will have the opportunity to work on major Remediation projects within the Collections Analytics. In this role you will have the responsibility of understanding the Business  - Requirement and build complex logics to identify and remediate the impacted population. This role will provide a platform to Drive and Manage various projects within the framework of remediation analytics.  Essential Functions/Responsibilities :  - Support audits via documentation of code and analytic outcomes and as extraction of data.  - Develop & present recommendations on financial remediation paths based on available data resources.  - Lead/drive projects partnering with cross-functional teams.  - Ensure quality of deliverables by building controls to ensure accuracy  - Develop Advanced SAS and/or SQL code, visual basic macros, business object or other query tools.  - Work on a number of different projects simultaneously, of varying complexity and length. Establishing priorities and coordinating work  - Liaise with India/US teams collaboratively to deliver on projects through appropriate management of time and resources  - Proactively manage efforts to maintain stakeholder satisfaction, and quantify project benefits delivered.  - Adhere to SOW requirements  - Develop and support Best-in-class analytic solutions/algorithms. Provide thought leadership in various initiatives/projects.  - Provide local mentoring/training/guidance to the Analytical staff. Work & Influence Senior Management on new tools/solutions built by the team.  - Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.  Qualification / Requirements :  - 6+ years of experience in Analytics domain with atleast 5 years in Consumer Credit environment  - Masters or Ph.D. in Mathematics/Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or other quantitative majors, or equivalent experience beyond Bachelor's degree.  - At least 4 years of SAS programming experience.  - Experience in Regulatory Reporting is an added advantage.  - At least 3 years of experience working in Collections/Risk Analytics domain in the consumer finance environment  - Strong written/oral communication skills.  - Able to work hours that compliment US, not necessarily match but have some degree of overlap  Desired Skills :  - Deep experience with various Collections Regulatory Reporting / Remediation Projects.  - Big-picture understanding of Collections & ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders  - Strong knowledge & hands-on experience with advanced Analytical techniques
