Come see what we can do together.  Job Title/Role : IS Analyst - Business Analytics/Ops Excellence & Reporting  Role Summary/Purpose :  The IS Analyst - Business Analytics or Op Excellence and Reporting, will drive implementation of initiatives associated with information security operation excellence and metrics. In association with Security Business Office and other security organizations to address the current and emerging information security and compliance requirements of the organization.  This will include the identification, prioritization and execution of plans related to operational processes improvements, interpreting, extracting, transforming and loading data, performing data analysis, data mining tasks and reporting on metrics regularly.  Essential Responsibilities :  - Support the IS business and all its internal functions to drive operational process excellence initiatives and improve metrics to ensure Cyber security posture is accurately measured and reported to Senior Management on a periodic basis.  - Work with process owners, key stakeholders and other team members to ensure the process improvement plans and metrics are determined, measured consistently and reported  - Perform BAU metrics reporting and data analysis functions as per the standard processes  - Key driver to identify and prioritize operational process excellence plans and collaborate with other teams for successful execution in a timely manner to ensure service delivery is optimal  - Ability to perform data science operations such as mining, structuring, analyzing and visualizing data to report on all reasonable metrics, which helps improve the functioning of IS organization and its associated internal functions  - Ability to perform ETL operations as required by the business  - Perform other duties of the Information Security department as assigned by management  Qualifications/Requirements :  - Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence, quality control, six sigma, lean and metrics reporting  - Minimum of 2 years- experience working as a business intelligence analyst or process quality specialist where there is lot of process improvement initiatives handled and data analysis and reporting performed  - Minimum 2 years of experience working with business intelligence, project management office and/or business metrics offices.  - Ability to develop business/technical documentation associated with IS organization. Using various data analysis, quality and project management methodologies and models.   Sound communication skills : Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written work; reads and interprets complex information; conveys information effectively; listens well.  - Able to communicate complex business and technical concepts to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner Understanding of information processing principles and practices  - Sound business and technological skills: Able to quickly learn and understand technical aspects of the position; embraces technology; appreciates and understands a moderate level of complexity, technology and innovation.  Desired Characteristics :  - Preferred experience and expertise as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Quality Control specialist and/or Reporting Specialist with at least 2 years experience in business analytics, VSM, Six Sigma and Lean projects and metrics reporting  - Exposure to business analytics, data modelling and analysis methodologies and associated technologies such as Qlikview, Mind Map, Rapid miner, Tableau etc.  - Experience with basic VBA, MS Excel, PL/SQL, MS Visio, MS Project and other Office suite applications would be an added advantage
