We are looking for a Programmatic Trader whose approach to programmatic media is grounded in connected data. As a trader you will review, analyze and activate biddable media based on insightful data, and business objectives.

You have a strong grasp of media analytics and are nimble to activate insights in fluid and consistent way. We seek someone who understands all facets of the programmatic landscape and and find ways to improve media programs for business results. You already have knowledge and experience of advertising technology space.

You will be responsible for Campaign Management :

- Day-to-day programmatic buys across multiple channels, formats and campaigns;

- Set-up programmatic buys in DSPs, with daily in-console monitoring of campaign pacing and performance against agreed-upon sales goals;

- Set bid strategies, monitor performance, and identify and implement optimizations;

- Develop and deepen relationships with data, inventory, and platform vendors;

- Maintain on-going knowledge of media buying platforms updates, and stay up-to-date on all industry trends and new technology;

- Keep daily tabs on industry trends and serve as a subject matter expert;

- Develop and implement testing plans that align with business (CPA) goals and ensure an on-going testing schedule and drive innovation.

We are looking for someone who can set the vision and the strategy for how Programmatic Advertising can reach thousands of users to achieve a business of Rs. 1,000 crore per annum.

ELIGIBILITY

- PGDM from one of the top B-schools with a CGPA of 8/10 or higher; and

- BTech from one of the top engineering schools in India

- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in programmatic buying / selling at RTB, DSP, DMP, or SSP - with sound understanding of ad-server or ad-operations technologies (e.g., DoubleClick) and, experience in digital media, particularly performance media
