We are looking for an entrepreneur to work proactively with Comparison sites to understand their digital assets and assess relevance for achieving our CPA goals while maximizing revenue for these Comparison Affiliates. If you understand digital media, especially performance marketing, agile, smart and analytical, strategic yet execution focused and passionate about e-commerce, this opportunity will appeal to you.

We are looking for someone who can set the vision and the strategy for how Comparison Marketing can reach thousands of users to achieve a business of Rs. 200 crore per annum. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover business needs and understand how Affiliates' offerings can grow the business. You prepare effective strategies by analyzing goal, business and campaign performance, analyze & QC campaign setup to ensure optimum campaign delivery, analyze campaign behavior, trends and prepare campaign growth and performance charts, prepare optimum optimizations to improve the overall performance of campaigns.

ELIGIBILITY

- PGDM from one of the top B-schools with a CGPA of 8/10 or higher

- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in performance marketing
