You drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency - understanding and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, teams, policies, and procedures.  You develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals - developing a team of 25-40 associates; responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team.  ELIGIBILITY:  - PGDM from one of the top business schools with a minimum CGPA of 8/10 or equivalent   - Minimum 2 years experience as customer services manager in a contact center or with one of the leading consumer companies  REWARDS:  You'll be well positioned in the Company with an annual compensation of Rs. 13-19 lac.
