We have a goal to grow 10x in 2015-16, for which we are looking at hiring 10 high caliber business professionals who take pressures associated with such super-growth

Facilities managers are responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organisation. They ensure that an organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.

Duties vary with the nature of the organisation, but facilities managers generally focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.

We have to establish infrastructural facilities to be able to provide associates the necessary resources and a suitably energized work environment that fosters collaboration as well as provides solitude for thought leadership:

- Civil and Electrical, productivity enhancing interiors and welcoming exteriors

- Communication, for collaboration and individual productivity, with emphasis on mobility

- Information technology, ensuring compliance to piracy laws and social media policies

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Skills required:

- Doer

- MBA with 65% or more, Hospitality Management is also considered

- Graduation with 65% or more

- HSC with 65% or more

- SSC with 65% or more

Experience: Freshers can also apply

- Experience in Hospitality Management or Facilities preferred
