It's an endeavor to put Indian craft and design on the world map and to save dying Indian crafts. We collaborate with designers from India and overseas to create our products. Job Responsibilities :

- Create a go to market strategy and lead market entry efforts overseas
- Prospect stakeholders in the ecosystem and conduct interviews
- Develop a pricing strategy
- Conduct market research
- Conduct benchmarking studies
- Liaise with other functions in the company
- Since this is a startup - you would have to take up multiple responsibilities from departments as they arise.
- There is potential for this position to grow into a managerial role soon

Preferred experience in :

- Strategy consulting
- Business development
- Retail industry
- Furniture and home verticals
- Design / innovation companies
- Galleries
- Intrapreneurial roles will be a plus
- Overseas experience will be a plus

Qualifications

- Master's degree/ MBA overseas from a reputed institution would be a plus
- Undergrad degree from a reputed institution

About the founder: INSEAD MBA and Master's degree from Duke University. Has prior Business development and entrepreneurial experience.
