Areas of Responsibility Indicative Activities : - Partner On Boarding and Relationship Management On Board key National QSRs, FMCG chains and multi city hospitality companies on Swiggy Access at healthy commercials and sustainable long term contracts. - Ensure Parnter success to drive higher penetration of these brands across multiple locations in India - This role will require the candidate to build relationships with key multi city accounts, and work very closely with these brands in Joint Business Planning and driving their success on the model. - Drive Partner Growth and performance on the platform Ensure restaurants are adhering to the Platinum (restaurant tier) class of the city for operations (Order Acceptance, Edits, Cancellations, Prep Time) - Ensure Access restaurants have the best (top 5%) conversion funnel in the area; Work closely with Data Science and Analytics for inputs - Ensure growth of restaurants through marketing initiatives (on and off App) - Create campaigns and Execute - Increase kitchen throughput through menu improvements and new brands launches (out of the same kitchen) - Ensure access partners participate in all campaigns/new business lines to increase orders
