Position: Head of expansion Location: No base location- expected to travel for next 6 months Experience: 3-4 years post MBA or 5-6 years without MBA What will you do: - Lead on-ground expansion of the business to new cities - Lead a team of launch managers who would be drive the pre- launch activities - Coordinate with sales teams to ensure a great quality set of restaurants on the platform for launch - Coordinate with ops teams to ensure the right ops processes and training is done to deliver best consumer experience - Coordinate with central functions like IT, HR, Admin to ensure all the necessary support structures are in place - Lead growth thinking and execution for early stages of the city - Set up the city for smooth handover to the city leadership What we look for: - Extremely driven individuals who can lead very fast-paced on-ground execution - Someone who can collaborate well across different functions - Great attention to detail in execution plans - Willing to travel extensively- all 30 days in a month until expansion completes (There will be a central business role potentially after expansion is complete)
