- Organize, Plan, Schedule and Execute the Training Program - Prepare the new recruits by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives - Determine training needs by studying sales reports; conferring with sales managers. - Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources - Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions. - Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs. - Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - Has the ability to train other trainers and achieve training objectives through them. Desired Candidate: - Prior experience and exposure to Sales. Preferably from FMCG or Telecom background. - Experience in designing and delivering Sales content to larger teams. - Excellent relationship management, influence and communication skills. - A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a training plan for ensuring the best from it - Attitude &amp; Aptitude for Training - Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life - Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. - Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach - Recognizes the need to adapt to change &amp; implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success - Creativity &amp; Initiative - demonstrate creativity &amp; originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward - Track record of running facilitation schools and leveraging them.
