Swiggy - Manager - Talent Acquisition

At Swiggy, we're building an on-demand food delivery startup that is delighting many customers in Bangalore with time-guaranteed deliveries and an obsession with keeping customer service levels ridiculously high. We're a VC backed startup with alumni and core team members from the IITs, IIMs, Oxford and with very strong work experience in some of the fastest growing Indian startups.

As we expand aggressively to achieve domination in the space, we are looking for exciting talent across lateral and campus hiring to keep up with our exciting roadmaps.

We're unreasonably biased towards self-starters and pride ourselves on the DNA of the core team we have built. To ensure we keep the standards as lofty as we scale, we need a very dynamic hiring manager who is super resourceful and has a knack for hiring the right guy for the job.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with functional POCs to understand requirements and ensure the requirements are distributed in the right channels with good ROI

- Build a lateral/campus hiring (and internship) strategy to start engaging with the best suited universities for our requirements. The manager will have complete ownership of the hiring at Swiggy

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in hiring for startups highly preferred either as a talent acquisition specialist inhouse or for a client
