In this role, you are primarily responsible to build comprehensive view of all business initiatives, work across teams to ensure timely delivery and measure the overall impact. To be successful in this role, you must be able to effectively collaborate across functions, bring thought leadership and stitch the bigger picture for maximum impact. 1. Defining &amp; Tracking metrics which help evaluate the health of the business 2. Benchmarking and implementation of best practices from different cities 3. Enabling business reports dashboards for Business heads &amp; CXOs 4. Designing and implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive the business goals and decisions (Ex: How to improve Order value, how to improve conversions etc.,) 5. Mentoring &amp; Planning the work of Business analysts 6. Building automated alerting systems for proactive &amp; pre-emptive actions Desired Candidate :&nbsp; 1. Proficient in Excel (MUST) and SQL 2. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, pro-activeness and ability to take ownership of projects is a must
