Should have more than 2 year of experience in case CA Candidate (Audit Background will be preferred). In case of non CA candidate experience should be 4-5 years and should have team handling experience  1) Strong Knowledge of Accounting Concept, Accruals, Prepaid   2) Should be able to Handle Accounts Payable team  2) Experience in Handling transaction with Bank, Foreign Payment, Bank Guarantee   3) Fixed Assets Management, Depreciation Accounting  4) Prepaid accounting  5) Sound knowledge of TDS, Serivce Tax, Reverse Charge Mechanism  6) Experience in Mutual Fund Accounting  7) MIS Reporting
