- Devising the right user acquisition, retention and engagement strategy for Plus.
- Powering the right in-app experiments for Plus (using product, and merchandising), and setting the best in class success measures.
- Obsess about the month-over-month growth of the proposition
- Deliver higher orders, repeats and better unit economics.
- Work closely with the product and design team to own the proposition road-map Work with the marketing team on creating a strong consumer communication framework for the proposition - across all mediums.
