ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leading a large, eclectic bunch of ambitious folks across such multiple functions as sales, restaurant operations, delivery operations and city growth &amp; marketing. - Running the best on-demand food delivery service while constantly raising the bar on all three fronts customer, restaurant &amp; delivery executive happiness. - Responsible for sustainable revenue growth of the city with a keen focus on P&amp;L. - Always putting 'consumer first' and ensuring that Swiggy is the most loved and trusted food delivery option in the entire city. - Leading the sales team in initiating discussions with new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones, thereby ensuring a healthy mix of restaurant partners. - Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant partners and being the face of Swiggy in that community. - Leading the on-ground operations team in delivering the best customer experience while having a 360 degree view of customer &amp; delivery executive happiness, economical cost of delivery, process excellence, sustainable delivery models etc. - Responsible for managing the City team from hiring &amp; training new recruits to assign targets &amp; formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for the entire team. - Coordinating with multiple central teams across different functions in implementing new ideas, scaling them up and improving the existing processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Relevant work experience of 6+ years in sales &amp; marketing and or operations with a proven leadership ability in the previous work-experience(s). - Must have handled reasonably medium to large teams in the past. - Strong mathematical &amp; analytics skills - Advanced MS Excel &amp; analytical skills are a huge plus! - A competent decision-maker with an ability to create &amp; execute strategic sales &amp; marketing plans for the city. - Prior experience in running efficient BTL/hyper-local campaigns is a plus!. - Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. - Proven negotiation skills and top-notch communication skills. - Bucket loads of strong bias for action &amp; humility.
