Y combinator is one of the top American Seed Accelerator and their portfolio includes Airbnb, Dropbox, Instacart, Reddit and about 1500 other startups across the globe.

Swiggy is on a quest to bring convenience to over 100 Million Indians over the next 5 years. The investment in Supr Daily is part of its core strategy to expand reach of consumer base as well as fulfilling the daily needs of a consumer leveraging the power of the milk railroad.

Supply Head

Job Description - 

- Responsible to drive city revenue targets through commissions and ad revenues.

- Managing Vendor operations team for on boarding and post sales services

- Plan and execute strategic projects being driven centrally.

- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the city

- Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners (Specifically Key Accounts of the City & Country) and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same

- Handling a team of Area Sales managers, KAM's, Vendor manager's and overall drive the Supply team in the location

- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish, also managing a huge team

- Responsible for Coaching and mentoring the new recruits across the supply org in the location,

Desired Candidate :

- PG from premier B schools with 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management

- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan

- Effective communication skills

- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales

- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life

- Should be able to lead and mentor the team
