The role is for BA in the CX team. You will be given a part of a larger CX problem to solve. You will be required to - 1. Decide on which data to look at and which analysis to carry out for RCA of the problem. 2. Do the analysis and come up with insights on the root causes. 3. Brainstorm with stakeholders (CX, Ops, Supply, Product, etc) on possible solutions. 4. Set up pilots and drive results. 5. Plan for full implementation of successful concepts.
