Business Associate- CX

- Liaising with cross functional teams to lead projects on Business Critical metrics

- Creating business dashboards for Business heads & CXOs

- Understanding business problems and liaising with analytics to structure and solve

- Designing and implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive the business goals and decisions (Ex: How to improve restaurant driven cancellations and edits, how to improve order acceptance, how to reduce food issues etc.,)

- Defining & Tracking metrics which help evaluate the health of business

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from premier institutes preferred

- R, SAS, Qlikview, Google Analytics, Mix Panel (GOOD TO HAVE)

- Excel (MUST)
