AVP Finance (Controlling & Commercial Finance):  ONLY CA with 7-10 years of experience. Big 4 background will be preferred.  Have worked in Industry for at least 5 years. No preference to industry.  Have managed accounting, reporting, taxation, compliances. Experience as commercial finance manager/ Sales Finance Manager will be advantageous.  Must have handled complex businesses and managed scale.  Must have managed large teams.  Good understanding of processes/ controls and proven capability to design and implement automated processes.  Role in Swiggy:  This role will report into VP Finance and manage the following:  Build processes for scale:  Work closely with Tech to design and implement automated finance solutions which can scale as per company needs  Set-up a strong control framework in the organization while allowing for agile decision making  Accounting & Reporting:  Manage accounting and reporting of the entity to ensure timely company & function performance  Finance processes & control:  Develop & implement financial policies and procedures  Ensure continued compliance with proper accounting procedures and standards  Develop standards to measure company and departments financial performance  Manage treasury function to maximize return on investments within the broad investment guidelines  Team Management  Ensure competent staffing  Support and develop direct reports and teams;  Recognise talent; attract and hold capable personnel.  Risk Management  Interpret implications of changes in regulations and legislation as they apply to financial operation of the Companies.  Coordinates and/or monitor minimisation of key risk area for the Companies and their implication on the financial statements, including legal & insurance claims, tax matters, credit risk, etc.
