Job Description  The Assistant Manager / Manager - Talent Branding will support talent acquisition initiatives with a focus on Social Sourcing, Social Engagement, and Employer Branding. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Swiggy teams across the cities to source and create great content, and to reach millions of potential Swiggy employees with authentic, compelling information about what it is like to work at Swiggy.  This role will lead the development, delivery, and execution of the Swiggy employment brand, including branding assets, web presences, social media channels, and event management.  Key Areas of Responsibility:  - Develop and deliver external recruitment messaging, engagement opportunities, and go-to- market candidate attraction strategies.  - Create and curate content to keep career sites, employer brand properties, and social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) up to date.  - Apply expertise in campaign development and execution across different skills, locations, segments and assist with the development and delivery of both digital and non-digital employment branding assets.  - Partner with corporate communications and marketing to deliver a cohesive branding strategy that supports organization and talent objectives.  - Assist with building candidate attraction competency to be an employer of choice.  Qualifications:  - Experienced in social media management  - Active and personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices  - Ability to identify relevant and emerging digital trends  - Creative and impactful content development  - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
